What is the Cancellation policy? All payments are non-refundable for events and treatments but may be transferred to a future date for fee. Transfers must be made via email. There is a $100 processing fee for rescheduling more than 2 weeks before your retreat. There is a $200 processing fee for rescheduling less that 2 weeks before your retreat. All monies paid (less processing fees) will be given in form of a gift card. Gift cards expire 1 year from event paid for and can be applied to any retreat or gifted to another person if available. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend / failure to complete the retreat, or arriving late / leaving early. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. We recommend purchasing your own travel/trip cancellation insurance so your trip fees will be covered in case you have to cancel your retreat.
