You walk out into nature with the practitioner amongst the trees and sun to a secluded space. There you will be bathed in copal smoke as the plant bath is washed over you and songs are sung to help clear the mind body and spirit.
The remainder of the time will be to let the plant bath set while you listen inward as the wind slowly dries you off.
